Hostel Admission Form

  • Admission Term:
    1 Term: 1st April – 30th September
    2 Term: 1st October – 31st March
  • Fees must be paid only to the Warden via Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of “Jodhpur Association” payable at Mumbai.
  • ₹500/- Fine will be charged for late fee submission.
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and follow hostel timings strictly.
  • Ragging, smoking, drinking, drugs, gambling, or misbehavior will result in cancellation of admission.
  • Rooms must be kept clean; wet clothes not allowed on furniture.
  • Valuables should be locked properly; hostel is not responsible for loss.
  • Damage to hostel property will be charged to the student.
  • Switch off lights, fans, and laptops when not in use.
  • No non-veg food, gutkha, alcohol or drugs allowed inside hostel.
  • Visitors allowed only with Warden’s prior permission. Female visitors not permitted in rooms.
  • Hostel entry closes at 11 PM and reopens at 5 AM.
  • No parties, birthday celebrations, wall-drawing, or slogans allowed.
  • Emergency/illness must be reported immediately to Warden.
  • Uploading objectionable/illegal videos or content is strictly prohibited.
  • Students must wear decent dress code outside hostel campus.

📌 Admission Term: 1st April – 30th September | 1st October – 31st March

  1. Management may cancel admission if:
    1. Application form contains false info.
    2. Student violates hostel rules.
    3. Student misbehaves with staff/others.
  2. Warden can inspect rooms anytime without prior notice.
  3. Room allotment is at Management’s discretion.
  4. Students with contagious diseases must leave until medically fit.
  5. Transfer of seat not normally allowed.
  6. Admission period will be decided only by Management.

Renewal may be rejected in the following cases:

  1. Article ship is not in force or shifted outside Mumbai.
  2. Failure to clear one group in first 2 attempts or all groups in 3 attempts.
  3. Article ship ending before start of new term.
  4. Dues of previous term not cleared.
  5. Violation of hostel rules & regulations.
  6. Incomplete renewal form.
  7. If management feels granting admission may harm hostel discipline.
  8. Any other case deemed fit by management.

⚠️ Admission is valid for one term only. Renewal is subject to Management’s decision.
