The mess bill consists of fixed cost and variable cost. Fixed cost pertain to cost of cook (i.e. food), and washing charges. It comes to near by 100 Rs - 125Rs, the washing charges comes to 45 Rs - 50 Rs. Variable cost pertain to your diet charges and tea/milk. Per diet comes to nearby in the range of 40 Rs - 45 Rs.
